We ensure that our facilities are safe, well-maintained, and equipped with appropriate childproofing and safety features. Regular inspections of both indoor and outdoor play areas are conducted to identify and address any potential risks or hazards.
All staff members are trained in first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures to ensure that we can respond quickly and effectively in any situation. We also carry out regular drills for fire, evacuation, and lockdown procedures to ensure that all staff and children are prepared in the event of an emergency.
We follow strict hygiene protocols to prevent the spread of illness. This includes frequent handwashing, proper cleaning and sanitising of toys and surfaces, and safe food handling practices. We have clear guidelines in place for managing illness, ensuring that children who are unwell are cared for appropriately and that families are informed promptly if their child shows signs of illness.
To support the individual needs of every child, we work closely with families to ensure we are aware of any specific health conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements. This helps us provide personalised care and ensure the safety and well-being of each child.
